I am creating persoanl records databse.

I have used repeating fields to insert sick notes images.

When i add the first file it enters it into first box.

When i go to next line and put sickness details in all ok. But when i insert another file into fields below first sicknote it replaces first file rather than inserting it into next empty field for sick note certs.

Can anyone explain what I need to do to insert more than one file into repating fields.

Please get rid of the repeating fields. Use a related table (and a portal) to store the sick note images.
