I'm sure that the answer is out there for this, but I haven't been able to find it (or one that I understand).

What I want to do sounds simple to me, but I can't figure it out.

I have some fields that are either YES or NO (currently set up as a drop down list). I would like to make it so if someone chooses yes the text or the background would go green or if they choose no the text or background would go red.

Any help on how to do this?
