Need some help!

I have a db w/ multiple layouts. I created the attached layout the other day.

It is a letter using merged fields.

When I go to the layout in the browse or preview mode, it looks excatly like I want it. Then once I hit the print button, the screen changes.

I have attached a before and after screen shots.. The first 2 pages are before the 2nd two are after.(The printed copy looks just like the screen after I print. But only part of the page prints.)

I have tried printing using a script, and by going through the file menu. Happens both ways.

My guess is this is a simple solution, but it is driving me nuts!!
