XSL Webpublishing error

Featured Replies

Server Advanced 8 properly set up on Mac OS X 10.4.8

IWP no problems, XML-publishing as well,

but XSLT-publishing gives unknown error, saying 'unknown error in fmresultset.xml'

The XSLT stylesheet is very simple and obviously without error. When it contains an error I get an appropriate error message. So it is found at least and readable.

Any ideas?

Is the fmxslt privilege set in the Extended Privileges for the active Account's Privilege Set?

Check pe_application_log.txt in the logs directory of your WPE. Maybe there is a hint?

Sorry for not mentioning this, the Extended Priviledges are correctly set.

Thanks for this hint, I'll check this on Monday.

Checked the logs but found only those unknown errors I reported before.

Found a solution (workaround) which works for this special case. Using CWP-XML publishing with -stylehref option.

But it is still a mystery for me, why CWP-XML is working and CWP-XSLT does not.
