This should be simple. I'm trying to do an OR search by adding new requests, which would allow me to search multiple states. Unfortunately, I'm not able to actually select "Add New Request" as it is greyed out and unclickable. I simply want to be able to search for results from multiple business address states and do not understand why I can't add a request. I am in find mode.

This would happen if your password's Available Menu Commands is set to "Editing Only" or "None".

You could change that setting, or use a button on the layout that's tied to a script to check the Mode and add a New Record/Request if it's in Find Mode.
