Reporting Information

All right, I ordered several FM training CD-Roms that were extremely helpful, but there is still a problem that I am facing that I have been unable to solve. We use FM to track user usage of our equipment, and then cost. Each user is listed under a different boss, and that boss then receives the bill. I have been able to create a report that shows single visit costs per user, total visit costs per user, and total visit costs per boss and then total visit costs for all bosses. This same report also shows me how often each user came in, how often users came in for each boss and how often users came in total. I cannot get the report to give me the total number of users that came in for each boss, how many users came in total and how many bosses there are.

Ex: Boss 1, Boss 2, Boss 3

Boss 1: User A, User B, User C

Boss 2: User D, User E

Boss 3: User F, User G

User A came in 2 times

User B came in 4 times

User C came in 1 time

User D came in 10 times

User E came in 3 times

User F came in 1 time

User G came in 2 times

Boss 1: Total Users Visisted: 3; Total Visits: 7

(I can't get the report to give me 3 - it always shows 7)

Boss 2: Total Users Visisted: 2; Total Visits:13

(I can't get the report to give me 2 - always shows 13)

Boss 3: Total Users Visisted: 2; Total Visists:3

(I can't get the report to give me 2 - always shows 3)

Finally, at the end I am trying to count up how many users we had (should be 7, but it always gives me 23) and how many bosses there are (should be 3 but it always gives me 23)
