Large blank space under Header

Hi there,

For some reason when I view my layout in preview mode a large blank space appears under my header. I have a header, three subsummary parts and then the body.

Each part is set to just the size of the field, yet when I switch to the preview mode a large space appears between the header and the first subsummary part. I have played around with the sliding, etc...but it makes no difference.

I have even created a brand new layout, adding each part over again and then when I am done and view in preview, there is that stupid blank space again! Oh, and I should note that on the second page and pages thereafter, it disappears.

Any ideas??
