Set Web Viewer not working properly

I can't figure out why the "Set Web Viewer" (reload) step isn't working for me.

If I go to another layout, the web viewer reloads fine.

I've tried defining the Layout Object with a bunch of names, and I've double-checked that the names match in the script step. I've even tried Get(ActiveLayoutObjectName) in the script step.

Anybody know what's going on?
