Rename Windows "Open With..." Menu Items

I use various version of FileMaker to open the same file at different times. When using the "Open With..." option several versions all show up as the same name. e.g. FileMaker Pro Advanced.

By changing a registry entry, the "Open With..." option can display the name and version number. Add the version number to the display portion after the "=" sign.
