I am testing out FileMaker Pro Advanced Server 9 on a Windows XP system. Following the instructions I installed IIS and FMS. Everything appeared to work fine until I got to the point where I got to the server deployment.

I am trying to deploy the server with XML, XSLT, Instant Web Publishing and PHP, installing the FileMaker PHP version.

Whenever I get to the web server test page, I always get a Return code = false or -1.

I have studied the docs and cannot determine why it will not start. Any help would be appreciated.
