AALTER, Belgium -- August 2, 2007 -- myFMbutler today announces the release and immediate availability of Clip Manager 1.5, the innovative tool that allows you to easily manipulate the FileMaker clipboard on Mac OS X systems.

About Clip Manager

myFMbutler's Clip Manager is a program that allows you to store FileMaker fields, tables, scripts, script steps, custom functions and layout objects in an easy-to-use library.

You can copy and store objects that have been copied to FileMaker's own clipboard, and then re-use them later.

You can also easily make batch changes to the clippings in your preferred text editor, and then send the updated field, script, custom function or layout back to FileMaker's clipboard.

What's new in version 1.5 ?

• Support for Custom Functions: copy and paste Custom Functions automatically to and from Clip Manager via GUI scripting

• Provides better handling of Unicode characters

• Provides better handling of large amounts of data

• Fully FileMaker 9 compatible

System requirements

• Minimum requirements: FileMaker Pro 9.0/8.5/8.0 on MacOS X 10.4 or higher - this will allow storing and restoring of layout objects only.

• Recommended: FileMaker Pro 9/8.5/8.0 Advanced on MacOS X 10.4.10 or higher.

Pricing and availability

Clip Manager 1.0 is available today for EUR 29,- or USD 39,- for a single user license. Multi-user licenses are also available.

This version is a free upgrade for all registered users.
