Importing and organizing .pdf files

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a database of real estate clients with all their information (address, phone, etc.) I also have a file on my computer for each client with contracts and other paper work they need to fill out when buying a house. (about 40 documents)

What I want to do:

1. I would like to be able to go into my client database and from a layout get to all of the pdf files. I have tried making a layout with a bunch of containers but it is always tacky and hard to quickly view and print the documents.

2. I would also like to be able to import the documents hassle free and have missing documents highlighted.

Thanks for any suggestions you might have, I have been racking my brain with this one.
