Is anyone else getting MPEG files from "Save Records as PDF" with the "Create email with file as attachment" script step on Windows machines? This is consistent with every email generated on every Windows machine. The Macs create PDFs on the same database with the same script. Is this an actual FileMaker bug? Any FileMaker tech guys watching? Any ideas or comments?

Try make a new file and use the Save Records As PDF.

It might only be the icon displaying incorrectly. Check the applicaiton that's associated with the ".pdf" extension.

Thanks for the reply but no, I've checked the file type with Get Info in the Finder and it says it's an MPEG-1 Video. It opens with QuickTime and actually looks fine and is printable except that it has a page 2 which is a thumbnail image of the one page document. Any other thoughts? Thanks.

Post a zipped copy of one of these files to the forum, so we can take a look.
