When I open the Contacts database on my Mac, I see in the Window menu the Notes database in parentheses as hidden. This is fine, but in a Windows environment, the database shows up, although minimized. Is this normal behavior? I prefer my user not see this Notes database, or have access to it at all except through the portal. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
