SQL Parse Error with a Query at FMS9Advanced (DataDirect)

I would like to query a table (select * from table) with MS Excel over the DataDirect-ODBC-driver from my FMS9Adv. It worked a few days on several Databases, but since today ALL clients get an error when they try to get the query result in Excel.

It says "SQL Parse error". Restarting the machines did no effect.

We also tried another JDBC query to the same Server and this works currently without any errors.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
