Anybody knows if Filemaker is capable of displaying in a portal, information stored in 3 table’s base on a common key?

It really depends on why it's needed ...say the 3 tables have the same fieldnames? Then is it a normalization error.

A portal can only show rows from one table. But you may be able to show fields from other tables, depending on how they are related.
