I am looking for pointers on how best to do the following:

We currently have FM server 8.0 v1 on Windows 2003 server and approximately 20 XP clients with FM 8.5v2.

We have a new server which will also be Windows 2003 and we would like to move the FM server to the new hardware. What is the best way to do this and upgrade FM server and clients to 9.0 version.

Well first upgrade your present server to 8.0v4. This is a free upgrade. And you should be using it.

As for the version upgrade. contact your FileMaker Inside Sales Rep at 800-725-2747 for assistance in licensing.
