Three mystery problems

I have a few problems with Filemaker that I haven't found a solution for - and neither can the Filemaker support. We use Filemaker Server 7 Advanced for filesharing. The problems are:

1) If I do a restart of my computer I can't use Filemaker again that day. I get an error message: "The maximum number of licensed users are currently using this copy of Filemaker Pro.... Licence Key conflict occured with user xxx". That is my own machine. I have to wait approximately one day before I can start the program again.

2) We have one file that is shared on the web by approximately 25 people. I use Filemaker Pro 8 advanced on the same file. The web-view and the Filemaker view of the same file show different numbers!

3) We are three people sharing the same file. I use Filemaker Pro 8 advanced, the other two Filemaker Pro 7. One of my colleges can not see any text or graphics in the layouts anymore. If she use "preview" it shows OK. But since she can't see the text or graphic objects she can't use the program. This changed very suddenly after working for a couple of years. The other user is not affected.
