Repeat Sub-Summary Over Columns?

Hello - I have a 4 col layout with a sub-summary part. If the body part goes beyond the bottom of the column it finishes at the top of the next column as you would expect. However, I would like the Sub-Summary part to repeat at the top of the column when it splits the body part. Is there a relatively easy way to do this that I am overlooking?

I have attached a jpg to try and help better illustrate my question.

No I do not think so it's in my humble opinion actually pretty complicated, you need to change the approach to portalized subsummaries using what here is know as Ugo's method, and then use this principle:
