I have two ACT users in our office who I'd like to move over to Filemaker. Any suggestions for plug and play Filemaker solutions that would mimic the features of ACT... especially integration with Outlook on the PC?

You might want to look into Productive Computing's Core2 CRM template product. I believe it would have most of the features you would need. It is also well-built.
