Has anyone else had trouble or strange behavior after installing this recent update?

I have a user who has performed the upgrade, and now has trouble with one of the report layouts. Conditional formatting doesn't seem to work properly, and it appears it may even be displaying different data?

Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced any trouble with this upgrade... and is the only way to rollback an upgrade to uninstall FileMaker and reinstall?
