The content of the value lists are field based.

I have 3 vl in the same database, all of which behave similarly, namely I can see only the first 200 items of the list.

Can anyone tell me why this happens?

I think they are already in a table... Odd (though i can't be certain that more than 200 items are displayed at once) my type ahead lists at least display 20,000 items quite happily.

It's ok now.

I still don't know what the problem was, but I have rebuilt my value lists (under a new name) and everything works perfectly.
