Happy Holidays Everyone!

We were working on this solution for our newsletter but decided to make it available to everyone. This is a very powerful Free solution that I think you will enjoy.

I've included a couple of movies as well as the files for your enjoyment.

* General Demonstration of 5 Step Wizard - Movie 1

* Advanced Features - Movie 2

The FMWebschool Google Charts tool allows you to design a custom Google Chart for your FileMaker application. The easy to use five step wizard gives you control over size, appearance, colors, and datasets. The final result is a stunning personalized chart for your needs in the form of a calculation. This means that the calculation that you get does everything that you need for you with no added custom functions or script steps - just copy/paste into your web viewer URL and it just works!

Excellent tool Steve, thanks for posting that.

Two questions.

First, I'm having difficulties with the labels on a Pie graph. Once you paste the calc over to Sample Data you see that the country names get cut to three characters in the graph.

Second, any thoughts on how to apply this to summarized data? Say I had figures for individual states in each of the countries in the demo. How could I get one graph with just the country totals?

Thank you so much. We we are working on updates as well as support for more complex data structures which should allow work with summarized data. There were a few small bugs such as the one that you are experiencing. But we are releasing a new update with new features and bug fixes with our newsletter in about two weeks.

If you don't belong to our newsletter - we include free sample files with each release. You can subscribe to our newsletter at http://www.fmwebschool.com
