Hi,

In a scripted find, I would like to create field labels for the following:

Current year

Current year - 1

Current year - 2

etc.

This way, the user can search values (for instance, invoicing totals) for current year, previous year, etc. and myself, as developer, do not have to worry about manually setting field labels every year.

How do you accomplish this? Merge fields and calculated fields are not an option because they would not display the value while in find mode.

Any ideas?

Not entirely correct, mergefields based on a global field will show in findmode as well.
