I am using FM6 and I am having trouble access our database over a vpn with multi users. When only one person is on the database it works fine, but when another person tries to access it we get message stating that the database is not in multiuser mode or host cannot be found. It is in multiuser mode. Any help

Is the database on a shared network volume, or being hosted with FM Server?
