Can a Radio button be activated on commit?

Within my layout 'Job sheet' I have a value list of:

-In Production

-Dispatched

-Invoiced

They are displayed as radio buttons

What Im after is that when a new job sheet is created or committed the radio button 'In production' is activated straight away.

Is this possible??

Hi Vaughan,

Actually, since it seems BananaUK just wants the same value ("In production") pre-entered in each record, it won't need to be a calculation. A simple auto-enter data setting should suffice. :wink2:

BananaUK, auto entry settings are entered in the Options For Field dialog, accessed from the Fields tab of the Manage Database dialog.
