two different server version on same host

Hello all,

i am running two filemaker Servers in our Company, one is Filemaker Server 8 and the other one is Filemaker Server 5.5. Is it possible to run these two Servers on the same Machine? I already saw that they are using the same Ports, and did not see an option where i could configure port numbers used, but i still like to be sure.

The core port (5003) cannot be changed. Running two versions of FileMaker Server in the fashion you describe is not a supported configuration.
