Lance Hallberg is the Computer Operations Manager for the NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Center in Portland, OR. He began using FileMaker Pro in 1998 with version 3.0 and shortly after became a professional FileMaker consultant. He has presented at MacWorld and the FileMaker Developer conference and numerous webinars sponsored by FIleMaker, Inc.
