Hi,

I am running FM Server Advanced 9 on a Windows 2003 platform. I have enabled IWP in the Server Admin Console and set the session timeout value to 60 minutes, but I still get kicked out after being idle for 15 minutes.

Where do I change the session idle timeout value in FMSA 9?

Check that IIS isn't the one kicking you out. Launch IIS Manager and check settings. If they are correct, this might be a bug that should be reported to FMI ASAP.

Just an update. I adjusted IIS timeout settings and Tomcat timeout settings, but that did not help. So we rebuilt the server from scratch and now everything is working fine.
