DDR freeze

What can make a DDR to freeze FileMaker ?

I have it with one file.

Even a clone, no records, DDR freezes, somewhere half way.

Should I make a recover on a empty file and try ?

The application is not so heavy:

48 tables, 3500 records average, grows with 860 records avg/month, 168 scripts with 76 sub script, 78 relationships/TO's.

It's running without problems since the start, only no way to generate a DDR.

Same here but in Filemaker 9 Advanced. Database consists of two files, database design report completes fine for one file and then it blows up somewhere in the middle of the 2nd file. I ran the recovery on both files and still no go. However, the report runs just fine in FileMaker 8 Advanced but crashes Filemaker 9 Advanced. Using WinXP SP2.

Any ideas?
