Changing layout for individual record

Newbies

I'm using Filemaker for a database of contemporary artists. Sometimes I'd like to change the layout (insert an extra image, add a field)of an individual record without changing the layout of all the other records???

Also, how do I create space in a layout or record (i.e. I want to move the bottom fields so I can add a field in the middle of the layout)without having to move the fields individually?
