Disappearing Title Footer!

I have an odd one... My "title footer" started disappearing when in Preview mode or printing..

I've tried/tested the following...

1. Delete the title footer and recreate it.

2. Checked the fonts etc... Even removed the current text & font etc... Added a test text string in another font

3. Checked "Set Sliding/ Printing..." Good...

4. Checked - No Conditional formating....

Has anyone else seen anything like this? sure seems like a bug! If I change from "Title Footer" to "Footer" things appear and print...

A good head scratcher...
