AALTER, Belgium -- January 10, 2008 -- myFMbutler today announces AutoSender 2.0, a new version of the innovative tool tool that runs on FileMaker Server, and allows you to automatically send mail messages from your FileMaker solutions.

About AutoSender

myFMbutler AutoSender is a messaging solution robot that allows you to automatically send e-mails from your FileMaker solutions, based on the status of a FileMaker field. You can easily manage several files from which to send e-mail.

What's new in version 2.0 ?

• support for sending messages via XML in addition to JDBC. This means that AutoSender will also run on a standard FileMaker Server 9, and no longer requires FileMaker Server Advanced.

• completely new AutoSender Config application that replaces the functions of the FileMaker configurations file.

• support for sending attachments from a FileMaker container field

• support for a 'reply to' field

• added preferences for attachment handling

• added preference for setting the log level

• you can now start/stop the daemon or service from the AutoSender Config app

• added a 'Test SMTP settings' option as well as an SMTP debug option to troubleshoot SMTP server problems

• much improved error handling

• FileMaker Server 9 or FileMaker Server Advanced 7/8/9.

Pricing and availability

AutoSender 2.0 is available today for EUR 249,- or USD 366,- for an unlimited user license.

The upgrade is available for EUR 49,- or USD 72,-.

All licenses purchased after October 1st, 2007 are entitled to a free upgrade.
