Newbies vancity Posted January 15, 2008 Newbies Posted January 15, 2008 if a print layout script has run? Reason is if I printout a work order for my assembly people to produce a customers order, then customer changes his mind (as they are prone to do occasionally) - Now I think I need to flag whether a work order was printed, then if changes are made since it was printed, to note in a field W/O Modified Date and Modified By, to be picked up and display only if the modifications took place after the print script was run on that record. I hope this made sense, thanks
aldipalo Posted January 15, 2008 Posted January 15, 2008 Sort of, kinda makes sense. Yes, create a "Printed" field and end your print script by setting the flag to "Printed." You could also set the background color to indicate the record has been printed. See attached file. Do I make sense? : HTH Print_Test.zip
