Conditional Dropdown

I would like to conditionally fill a dropdown field from two different value lists based on a selection in another field.

The first selection would be between a family member or "other type" who attended a meeting. The list would then be filled with either a list of related family members or other possible participants.

Anyone done this before? Thank you.
