Export a field & email as attachment

I have a large calculation in FMPro 8.5 that generates html code. We tried a report that we would create a PDF with but when the lines get wrapped, the PDF has a carriage return within them.

I don't want returns where I didn't put them. Filemaker is doing the job correctly, selecting, copying and pasting from out of the text box is fine- the deal is the PDF.

So, is there a way to export the text box to a text file on the users desktop named xxxx.txt where xxxx is a numerical value from within our records.
