In the process of importing data from various tables, I keep getting a message that there is a license conflict (which isn't true) and that the application will now quit (which is true).

I can watch the server admin screen. I know that I'm the only one logged on, and no one else would have my license.

What gives here? This doesn't occur if I go back to 8.5. It works just fine in that case.
