Is there a way to change password for a specific user on multiple files at once? also is there a way to add a user to multiple files at once.

1. A laborious scripted process using the various Account management script steps.

2. External Server Authentication with FileMaker Server, whre once it is set up initially, you manage the Accounts all in one place.
