IWP + serving files

Featured Replies

I'm running FMS 9 Advanced on OS X Leopard. I have enabled IWP so that clients can log in to a personalized web page. On these pages, I want clients to be able to download previously generated .pdf files specific for each client.

Is there any way to do this short of some plug-in or using PHP? In terms of privileges, it would be fine to use the admin privileges on the server to serve the file to the client. I have searched endlessly for this to no avail.

Also, is there any way to put a static http:// link within an IWP layout that will properly function? Any help is appreciated.

I came to think of:

Thanks - it works! The .pdf is embedded within the IWP page, and can be right-clicked on for downloading.

Regards,

- John
