schedules will not delete

fms 9.0.3 xp sp2

I have certain schedules that when disabled or deleted, appear to 'take' the applied change in the admin console, but when then reappear the next time the admin console is opened, or in the same session when the config panel is cycled through..

How can I clear this? v3 was just applied, but it is still happening.
