I want to print an addressbook for my filofax, pages are 3 3/4 by 6 3/4. I want each letter to be a different page so I can use the letter dividers. I know I will need to do some sort of letter sort, but don't know how. I also don't know the best way to do the layout to get it to print the way I want, but 2 to a full size page that I will then cut.

Anyone able to help??

I'm sure there is a fancy answer for the sort, but I would just create a calculation field that takes the first letter of the field you want to sort thusly:

Left ( LastName ; 1)

Then I would make a print script which would perform a find for A in that field then go to the desired layout and print and then perform a find for B in that field and go the the desired...etc...

I'm afraid i'm pretty terrible with layouts, I would just have to keep positioning and resizing till you get it. I know that Envelopes of type 7 are that size, but I doubt FM has a print set up for that.
