I cannot re-size of image with URL

Hello.

I installed SuperContainer 1.851 enterprize in Xserve G4.

But an image isn't shown when indicate it with Web viewer when include width and height.

Ex. "?width=xxx&height=xxx"

In the others, syele can be work well.

What is a cause?
