Email acknowledgment on web server

Hi, While using Filemaker on the web, I want people to enter an email address in a field and click the submit button. Then I would like them to receive an acknowledgment email and I would like to receive a email to say the database has been updated.

I want the emails to be sent automatically without opening Outlook or similar to send.
