I need to purchase a few (3-5) copies of FMP 8.5 for a small office. They really don't need version 9, and I thought this might be a good way for them to get it economically. Searching the web I found some vendors offering it for as little as $95 (for non-upgradeable OEM versions) but after having had one bad experience with one of these vendors I'm hesitant.

Can anyone suggest a reliable dealer, or warn me of pitfalls to what I'm doing? The office is a non-profit, FWIW, and they are running Windows XP.
