Like many on this forum, I occasionally have nasty things to say about FMI. It seems only fair to recount this tale.

Travelling interstate with my copy of FMP with me. (Planned to install it temporarily on a borrowed laptop.) Lost the CD. Called FMI, expecting to get a long rigmarole about how I would have to send triplicate copies of my birth certificate plus a receipt and a security clearance, etc. For A$50 I had a replacement CD in my hand the next morning. Wow!!

That is what I call SERVICE. :yourock:
