Batch Processing of JPEG photos

I am frustrated having to add JPEG photos to my Filemaker catalog one at a time. Is there a plug-in available that would allow for batch processing of JPEG photos?

What platform are you working on? This wouldn't be too difficult using AppleScript on the Mac platform. On Windows, such a solution might be possible using WinBatch, I hear.
