join data in exporting file

I have a database that lists all the rules applied to different avenues of the town.

To be able to transfer data to the GIS communal I have to export (format excel.xls) with a line through in a single file.

But if one takes the crossroads for example certain roads have several junctions and if I includes a voieID only the first line appears, other regulations disappear (which is rather embarrassing).

Is there a way to combine exports and that all data on this path appear.
