xmchart freezes fm9 on startup

Running filemaker 9 client on vista sp1 I have one client that when starting a database and downloading xmchart 3.3.1 freezes. Has to be force closed from to quit.

Filemaker will refuse to run from then on even with no database open and stops at xmchart 3.3.1. Once that plugin is deleted from user folder it works ok again.

I have checked all permissions and have tried manually copying the plugin into the user plugin directory and it still freezes at loading of the plugin.

I have other vista sp1 clients that have successfully downloaded and are running the same xmchart plugin so it appears to be something hardware or software on the particular client.

I Have also reinstalled filemaker client to be sure its ok.

Any ideas on troubleshooting or causes please
