Hello,

I'm having an issue with some users trying to access a file and the machine will hang. I can create a new account on the same machine and the file will open under the new account. Go to another users mac and the file opens.

There are two files this is an issue with. The machines have had permissions fixed and disk warrior run on them, but that doesn't seem to help. The issue isn't limited to 10.4/10.5 or PPC/Intel. The issue has happened on any combination of machine type/OS.

Has anyone else run across this issue, and and if so, were you able to resolve it?
