changing default sender from send mail function

Is it possible to change the default sender email from send mail function in FM? We have a shared email address that should be used instead of personal addresses for all outgoing emails

The Send Mail script step just sends the information to the local computer's e-mail client. The client actually sends the message. So the question is not whether FMP can do it, but whether the e-mail client can.

Most e-mail clients do allow switching between multiple e-mail addresses. Look in the preferences and set it up for the multiple accounts. Then when sending the message you can select which account it originates from.
